ArtiBrak invites you to join them during Museum Night: discover the atmospheric gallery at Herenstraat 76, in the historic heart of Voorburg. The roots of ArtiBrak date back to 1884, when the Vereeniging Arti et Industriae was founded in The Hague. In 2005, BRAK-VVK (Voorburg) and LKV (Leidschendam) joined forces, and since 2007 they have presented themselves together as ArtiBrak.
Visit the gallery’s changing exhibitions featuring regional visual artists, meet the makers and be inspired by contemporary art. During Museum Night, ArtiBrak will also host the workshop “Looking, Looking, Not Buying?” — an informal session exploring how to appreciate (and assess) art without needing to find it immediately ‘beautiful’. The session will conclude with drinks.
