About Janey Jacké
Janey Jacké is the drag alter ego of Justin Mooijer (Volendam, 1992). At a young age, he moved to Amsterdam to make his mark on the Dutch drag scene. As Janey, she captured the hearts of a wide audience during the first season of Drag Race Holland.
Her charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent also gained international recognition. The producers of the global television phenomenon RuPaul’s Drag Race invited her to compete in Drag Race: UK vs The World on the BBC, where she took on drag talent from the United States, the United Kingdom, Thailand, and Canada.
Janey is a judge on the RTL television show Make Up Your Mind and, as Justin, appeared in the latest season of Wie is de Mol?. Thanks to her professional approach, outstanding performances, sharp sense of humour, and endless charm, Jacké is a popular guest at LGBTQIA+ parties, drag bingo events, and Pride festivals throughout the Netherlands.
