The short film “Sudah” (2025) will be screened continuously at Museum Sophiehof during Museumnacht. Senna, who is from Manado, is about to embark on her first journey to Indonesia, the country of her roots. A week before her departure, during a family dinner, she tries to strike up a conversation with her mother Annie and other family members about the past and her upcoming trip. But with every family member, she hits a brick wall. Will she manage – perhaps by pushing a little – to persuade her mother to join her on her quest?
